With all sporting events affected by the coronavirus, the DTM has announced a new race calendar for the 2020 season.
We have postponed this year’s opening races at Zolder, Lausitzring, Igora Drive, Anderstorp and Monza, and fitted them into a new schedule set to begin in July, and which will include all 10 race weekends originally scheduled for the season.
If you’re a ticket holder for any of those postponed events, don’t worry. Tickets already purchased for any of these events will still remain valid for the new dates.
You’ll find the most important answers to your ticketing questions here.
You have two options:
Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you wish to cancel your tickets. Please include the following information in your mail:
Please note that cancellations are only possible via email and not via the DTM ticket hotline. In all cases, only the original ticket purchaser can apply for the cancellation.
If you purchased your DTM ticket from a ticket reseller – and not via the official ticket shop on DTM.com or the DTM ticket hotline – you’ll need to contact the reseller directly if you have any questions or wish to cancel your ticket.
Shipping costs and costs for additional services (such as Christmas packages or edition tickets) will not be refunded.
