BMW have presented the liveries of their six M4 DTM for the 2018 season. There’s one detail that all the six vehicles of the racy sixpack have in common. They all feature the comprehensive elements of the new BMW-M-Motorsport design. The modern and dynamic look was individually realised for every BMW M4 DTM and adapted to the respective car. The matt-black element on the driver’s side of the bonnet and the wedge-shaped transition to the rear make for unique recognition factors.
In addition, the 2018 DTM project also will be accompanied by long-term motor-racing partners of BMW. Bruno Spengler, for instance, will race the BMW Bank M4 DTM #7. Meanwhile, Brazil’s Augusto Farfus will contest the season with the Shell BMW M4 DTM #15. Timo Glock will once again drive the Deutsche Post BMW M4 DTM #16. Philipp Eng’s car for his debut season will be the Samsung BMW M4 DTM #25. And the sixth BMW M4 DTM on the grid, raced by DTM newcomer Joel Eriksson, will be the #47, decorated – inter alia – by the logos of Puma and BMW Lifestyle.
