Hardly any other motorsport series allows visitors to get closer to the action than the DTM. Paddock access, autograph sessions, interviews, the pit walks on Saturday and Sunday and the unique Pit View Box enable the fans an unparalleled insight. For those who want even more, the Nürburgring introduces the DTM VIP Club for the eighth and penultimate season round (13-15 September). This will give you VIP status in the Eifel!
Upon arrival - at what probably is Germany’s most famous race track - you park your own car in your reserved parking place in the Nürburgring car park. From here, you easily reach the paddock, the centre of the action during the event. Of course, DTM VIP Club membership includes unlimited paddock access on all three days of the event. Moreover, on Saturday and Sunday, you will get exclusive access to the Nürburgring Lounge. This is the only VIP lounge with its own balcony along the start-and-finish straight. From here, you have a unique view of the pit lane and the starting grid. If you rather stay inside, you can follow the action on the flat-screens with live TV signal from the track.
Gastronomically, there is everything one could ask for: after your arrival, you can enjoy the vast breakfast buffet. Later on, lunch will be served, followed by a buffet with a selection of cakes in the afternoon. All beverages are included. During the ‘Legends’ Talk’, former DTM drivers or brand ambassadors provide an insight into the racing action, explain the tricks of the trade and gladly share interesting anecdotes. On Saturday and Sunday, prior to the start of the DTM race, you will get the exclusive chance to participate in the Grid Walk. Here, you can watch the teams and drivers as they finalise their pre-race preparations. Only the most important guests are admitted onto the starting grid. Of course, as a member of the DTM VIP Club, you are one of them!
In the course of the day, for instance during practice sessions or support races, you can also use the ‘Curve Shuttle’. On the emergency roads along the sprint circuits, you can get even closer to the action as a VIP.
During the ‘Track Walk’, accompanied by one of the experienced instructors of the Nürburgring Driving Academy, you get to know all the details of the 3.629km long Nürburgring sprint circuit.
The Ring-Werk is the motorsport experience museum at the Nürburgring. Of course, a visit is a must during a race weekend and therefore, the DTM VIP Club Ticket also includes a single visit of this museum.
The DTM VIP Club Ticket is priced at 699 Euros and can be ordered here:
